Meat Apprentice

Job Functions 

• Meat and Chicken preparation.
• Making sausage.
• Receiving loads off of transportation trucks and stacking the loads properly.
• Grinding and cutting meat.
• Wrapping meat and replenishing the counter display.
• Ability to adapt to additional skills, duties, and responsibilities that are asked of the employee.

Requirements

•  Must be 18 Years of Age or Older
• Able to Lift 40 lbs/Push or Pull 100 lbs
• Able to stand for 5 hours
• Able to use knives, slicers, ovens, and other machinery to complete tasks
